Rohit Sharma leases two apartments for about Rs.3 lakh per month in Mumbai

to the lease documents, the monthly rent for the first year is Rs. 3.1 lakh, for
the second year it is Rs. 3.25 lakh, and for the third year it is Rs. 3.41 lakh.
According to
records obtained by Zapkey.com, cricket player Rohit Sharma leased two
apartments in Mumbai's Bandra West neighborhood for Rs.3 lakh a month for a
period of three years.
According to
the rent agreement, the monthly rent for the first year is Rs. 3.1 lakh, for the
second year it is Rs. 3.25 lakh, and for the third year it is Rs. 3.41 lakh.

On January
4, 2024, the rental agreement was registered.
A deposit of
Rs. 9.3 lakh has been paid by the tenant.
The two
apartments on the fourteenth floor have a combined area of 1047 square feet.
In 2022,
cricket player Rohit Sharma leased the two flats for a monthly rent of Rs. 2.5
lakh.
The cricket
player has received an SMS asking for confirmation.
In 2023,
Bollywood star Salman Khan also rented a flat in Mumbai's Bandra West for
about Rs. 1.5 lakh a month.
On February
16, the agreement about leave and license was registered.
The tenant
has made a Rs. 4.5 lakh down payment. According to the paper, the monthly rent
for the first year would be Rs. 1.5 lakh, and it will rise to Rs. 1.57 lakh in
the second year and Rs. 1.65 lakh in the third.
Actor
Amitabh Bachchan leased four office spaces in the Lotus Signature building in
Oshiwara to Warner Music Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 17.30 lakh per month, with an
increase to Rs. 19.90 lakh after 36 months. Bachchan bought the office units for
Rs. 28.73 crore in September 2023.
Bachchan will receive Rs. 2.07 crore in annual rent under the terms of the lease, rising to Rs. 2.38 crore in the fourth and fifth years. Twelve assigned parking spaces are included in the contract, which starts in March 2024. The same building also features office spaces owned by other Bollywood celebrities, such as Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Sarah Ali Khan, Manoj Bajpayee, and Kartik Aryan.
